It all started over a cup of coffee.

One first cup shared together, one meeting, and the feeling that we never wanted to part ways.

Over time, coffee became so much more than a shared passion. It was there through our conversations, our encounters, our travels, and those little everyday moments that quietly turn into precious memories.

Because deep down, coffee is never just coffee.

It's the coffee we share with the people we love. The one that makes a conversation last a little longer, brings everyone around the same table, and accompanies heartfelt talks, laughter, and sometimes even the comfortable silences.

But behind all these moments lies something else: our love for truly good coffee. Coffee that stands out for the richness of its aromas, the uniqueness of its origins, and the balance of its flavours. Coffee that brings joy in discovering, preparing, and savouring it, cup after cup.

Little by little, this curiosity grew into a genuine passion for specialty coffee and the art of roasting. A desire to understand every origin, bring out the unique character of each bean, and create coffees that reflect who we are: authentic, generous, and thoughtfully crafted.

And so MOA Caffè, our artisanal micro-roastery, was born.

Through every coffee we carefully select and roast, we want to share what has inspired us from the very beginning: a love for great coffee, an appreciation for life's beautiful things, and the simple joy of being together.

Because sometimes, the most beautiful stories begin with something as simple as a cup of coffee.
