Delivery within Switzerland

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Preparing your order

We roast our coffees in small batches every week. Your order is prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping

We ship our parcels with Swiss Post, using PostPac Economy. Transit time is additional to the preparation time and depends on the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free for orders of CHF 60 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order.

A problem with your parcel?

If your parcel arrives damaged or its delivery is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@moacaffe.com. Include your order number and, in the event of damage, photos of the parcel and its contents. We will review the situation and propose an appropriate solution.

Delivery address

Please check your address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address provided when placing the order.

Business customers

Delivery terms for hospitality businesses and resellers are agreed separately.
