Espresso blends, roasted in Biel

Our blends are built for espresso. Trinità brings together coffees from Brazil, Guatemala and India, 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, for a round, balanced cup with a soft crema. Gennaro is our Italian-style blend: 50% Arabica, 50% Robusta, roasted medium-dark for a full body and low acidity.

We roast both in small batches every week in our family roastery in Biel/Bienne, and ship them fresh across Switzerland. Choose whole beans, or have them ground for espresso or moka pot. Available in 250 g and 500 g bags, or by subscription.
