Single origin coffees, roasted in Biel

Each of our single origins comes from one region, so the cup reflects where it was grown. Hunbatz is a washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, grown at 1,800–1,900 metres by smallholders around Cuilco: bright and clean, with notes of red currant, ripe peach and golden sugar. Saudade comes from Fazenda El Dorado in Brazil's Alta Mogiana: a naturally processed 100% Arabica, with notes of chocolate, caramel and almond and a subtle acidity.

We roast them in small batches every week in our family roastery in Biel/Bienne, and ship them fresh across Switzerland. Choose whole beans, or have them ground for espresso, moka pot or filter. Available in 250 g and 500 g bags, or by subscription.
