Trinità is our signature house blend: a balanced, modern coffee crafted from three complementary origins.

Bringing together coffees from Brazil, Guatemala and India, Trinità combines 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta in a harmonious blend.

Each origin contributes to the balance of the cup, creating a structured, smooth and contemporary flavour profile, with enough depth for espresso while remaining mellow and well-balanced.

Trinità is roasted to a medium–medium dark level to enhance its smoothness, body and intensity while preserving its overall balance.

Particularly well suited to espresso and Moka pot brewing, Trinità is our interpretation of a modern house blend: balanced, generous and distinctive, with a flavour profile that is both approachable and full of character.
