Saudade is our expression of a great Brazilian classic: a smooth, mellow and deeply indulgent coffee.
Sourced from Fazenda El Dorado, in the Alta Mogiana region, Saudade is a carefully selected 100% Arabica coffee that showcases the richness of its origin.
Grown at altitudes between 1,080 and 1,270 metres and naturally processed, it develops a generous sweetness and a rich, full-bodied cup.
We have chosen a medium roast to preserve its balance while bringing out its delicious notes of chocolate, caramel and almond. Acidity remains subtle.
Saudade embodies Brazilian coffee just the way we love it at MOA: authentic, balanced and without pretence.
With its classic flavour profile, it is particularly well suited to espresso and Moka pot brewing.
